Shipping Information: All products will ship via ground service unless otherwise requested at time of purchase. Shipping costs will apply to all orders and is estimated at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy: Clear One will accept unopened returns of stock products only. Custom orders are non-returnable. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, customer will be responsible for all related shipping and handling fees. ďAll refunds from payments made with a credit card will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please call customer service at 740-927-0060, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

Sales Tax: Ohio residents will be charged per the current rate required by state and local agencies. A valid tax certificate is required for exempt purchases.

Payment Information: You may charge orders to Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Cashiers check or money orders accepted in advance of shipment. COD orders are not accepted.
